So here I am...on DeviantART. I've browsed the site a bit, and I'm not sure how well I'll fit in here. There's some really crappy stuff, and there's some fucking kickass stuff, but I'm not sure if there's really a niche for my mediocre prose.

Right now I'm trying to decide which story to work on. I have two really big ones I'm trying to decide between since I just don't have the attention span for two massive stories at once. One is a fantasy story set in a dying empire, and the other is set in space right as humanity is first beginning to deal with issues like the rights of massive space colonies. The latter would be set in a universe much like if Alien and Star Wars had some bastard kid. There's actually a third story I want to write, but it would technically be a fanfic, and I don't feel this is the place to post those. See, this fic is the bio of my character in a tabletop game called "Immortal," and the publisher is bankrupt and defunct, but the world is still the intellectual property of the people who wrote the game. I may just write it anyways and try to see if they'll let me publish it, as long as I make sure to emphasize that I didn't build the world (or really the plotline), I'm just transmitting the story.

Oh well, my bed is looking mighty fine right now.
